Plan The Part
Write down your goals, and your plan, and post it in a place that will remind you of the goal when you need it most. If you're embarrassed or don't want other people to see your goal, try using a picture or a general motivational quote as a symbol of your goal. Another great way to act the part is to talk about your lifestyle change, and your goals. The more friends and family that can help you make smart decisions (or just help you avoid temptation) the more likely you are to keep making good decisions, and making those a habit!
