Don't get me wrong, sometimes doing "nothing" (aka Netflix on the couch for days) is totally fine. I've done it on purpose a time or two (or more). But when I meant to knock some items off my to-do list (or even just get out of the house) and realize that on Sunday night that I didn't accomplish a single thing, I end up in a lovely little panic. Or as Chris calls it, my "little ball of stress" mode. So I've done a little research, a little soul searching, and a lot of trial and error, and come up with five ways to make the most of your weekend.
1. Plan your weekend in advance.
2. Get some sleep.
3. Schedule in work time.
4. Say yes to spontaneity.
5. Do at least one thing to treat yourself.
So far, I've had a pretty productive weekend! How about you?
