Every time I look at beautiful breakfasts from bloggers on Instagram, I think of how lovely it would be to have a sit down breakfast full of fruit and whole grains and protein. "Aint no one got time for that." Honestly, most days I'd rather hit snooze than make some scrambled eggs and toast. Instead of reaching for a bagel and cream cheese, or worse, nothing at all, I'm trying some healthier options. I'm a pretty big breakfast eater (which means if I don't eat, you'll want to steer clear), so I'm trying to combine two options for about 400 calories or so per breakfast.

Suja Juice, specifically their Suja Essentials line, is my newest favorite in the juice category. They've got a ton of options and they cold press their juice, which helps retain nutrients. They've also got a little thicker texture than a lot of juices, which helps me feel like I'm drinking a meal, rather than just some juice. I've tried the Mighty Greens and the Mango Magic so far! They're both pretty good, but I personally like the fruitier styles. I found mine at Publix, but you can visit their website to find more places that they sell to!
Luna Protein Bars
They've expanded this line to include quite a few flavors, including mint chocolate chip, lemon vanilla, and of course cookie dough.
These bars are great to keep at your desk, so that you don't even have to think about grabbing breakfast on your way out the door - they'll be waiting for you at work! (Bonus: you can order them online or in bulk, since there's no refrigeration required!)
Chobani Oats can be found pretty much wherever Chobani yogurt is sold.
Quaker Oats Real Medleys
There a few flavor options with these so you can switch it up if you're feeling like something different!
Also, just like the Luna bars, these don't need to be refrigerated, so you can easily store them at your desk, since you'll really need to be at the office to make this breakfast, since it requires a microwave!
